F4Y’s culinary team was established over the years as youth in our programs were trained by F4Y’s Culinary Director, Executive Chef Jean Paul Lu Van Vi, to cater estate weddings, work and manage multiple restaurants, and even have a contract with the Santa Barbara Polo Fields in which 23 youth were brought on to cook and serve for 1000+ people per weekend event. Led by the youth’s vision, F4Y has formed a catering social enterprise and is now ready to cater your next event!
